Holy Trinity Church

Wednesday, June 4th, 2008

I’ve recently been doing a site for a very old church in York called Holy Trinity which is no longer used as a church but is conserved by The Churches Conversation Trust where it gets around 50,000 visitors a year. They were keen to develop a site to give more information and pictures than what was currently available on the trust’s website. The new site is a at www.yorkholytrinity.org.uk. All the photography on the site was done with my new camera, the Canon Eos350. Below are some of the pictures:

Prospex

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

I’ve worked for Prospex for a number of years. Prospex are “a community-based charity working to improve the lives of young people in the Caledonian Road area of North King’s Cross” (which is in North London). They basically meet with young people in a totally non judgmental way and do their best to support and encourage them. The work they do is really important and a recommend you check them out.

The site uses Wordpress as a content management system which allows the staff to update the site themselves. I’ve also set up a newsletter email tool and worked with Prospex to develop a database to keep a record of all the work they do and the people they work with.
